Returns and Exchanges

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days, please contact us at windycitywholesales@gmail.com to let us know you would like a return.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  You will be issued a refund to the original Credit Card when it was purchased.
Obtaining Authorization
To return your product, contact us for authorization and a return address at windycitywholesales@gmail.com.  
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective on delivery.  Contact us immediately if there are any issues. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at windycitywholesales@gmail.com 
Insurance
If you are buying or returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.  We also offer insurance for our buyers for an added value, please email us for a quote after checkout.
